We enrolled my three year old daughter in semi-private classes with Dan back in 1998. We knew a large class size was not for her and were lucky to find Making Waves. For several years, she took classes in during the cold Winter/Spring and then practiced her techniques during the summer. Now eleven years old, she spends most of her summer in the pool or in the sea. Her abilities and confidence allowed her to begin scuba diving this summer, in the beautiful waters of Greece. As a non-swimmer, I know she will save me in the water, if ever necessary. Her lessons with Dan were worth every penny and more!

My son was a guppy for 2 years at their other swim program and still needed arm floats at the pool club during the summer. We joined Making Waves and in 3 months he was able to keep his head up without the teachers help or any floats. Three months after that he swam independently from one side of the pool to the other.

We were unhappy with the swim lessons around us but when we realized Making Waves was just across the border we were sold! Pennington is only 20 minutes or so, and its well worth the drive. The location is exclusive and private as are the lessons. We love it.

We have three kids and wanted lessons for all three of them. When we had taken lessons elsewhere, I was bringing my two little ones Monday and Wednesday Mornings and my older daughter Tuesday and Thursday nights. Making Waves set it up for us so we could come every Monday after school for an hour. They each had a consecutive 20 minute lesson and learned more this way than they ever had before. They are very accommodating with the schedules.
