Currently we are looking for responsible, outgoing, friendly, energetic and patient instructors who enjoy working with children. We welcome you to work as little as one shift per week, or full time status if available. The pay scale is above average for the industry and ranges from $10-$18 per hour with bonus (depending on experience.) Since 1998 we have specialized in private lessons and teach all year long at 27 indoor, heated locations (minimum 85 degrees). Making Waves Swim School, currently offers training and certification for interested applicants.

Our requirements are:

1. Minimum 2 years experience teaching swim lessons OR Minimum 2 years swim team experience

2. Three references, 1 of which must be related to swimming or in the swimming field.

3. Availability to work at Making Waves for one year or more.

4. Current CPR and Lifeguard Certification or willingness to become certified (Making Waves can certify you)
