We are always looking for qualified, certified and energetic instructors. Keep in mind, we welcome you to work as little as one shift per week, or full time status if you are available. We also are always looking for substitutes as well. The pay scale is above average for the industry and ranges from $12-$18 per hour with bonus (depending on experience).

Our requirements are:

1. Minimum 1 year teaching experience.

2. Three references, 1 of which must be in the swimming field.

3. A schedule commitment of 6 months or more.
(While we require 6 months or more commitment, we strive to hire those interested in staying with us for an elongated amount of time and those who require little to no absences per session. This business is the type that thrives only on consistent attendance from our instructor’s and frequent absences are highly frowned upon.)
