I have been teaching swim lessons for 15 years! I have worked with all ages and skill levels from 9 months old to 99 years old, beginners to advanced. Safety, fun, fitness and building self-confidence are the core of my lessons and I love sharing this with my swimmers.

My formal swim training was with the YMCA of the USA. I am also Red Cross Lifeguard Certified, an ACE Certified Personnel Trainer and am certified by the NJ Arthritis Foundation for water and land exercise classes.
