I joined the Making Waves team due to my love of swimming and working with children. From a young age I loved to swim. I joined my local YMCA swim team at the age of eight and continued to swim competitively through my high school years, participating on both the YMCA swim team and the Randolph High School Swim Team.

I am a recent graduate of La Salle University with a degree in Social Studies and Secondary Education. I am currently in the process of obtaining my New Jersey teaching certification in Social Studies. Throughout my years of lifeguarding, teaching swim lessons, and student teaching, I have experience working with children of all ages and swimming abilities. I also have experience working with children with special needs. My goal as a swim instructor is to provide my students with the skills to be a stronger, more confident swimmer.
